I'll bet on misadjusted/worn throttle linkage. IIRC that governor is vacuum operated rather than electric. I think that simply removing and plugging the vacuum line that goes to the rear-most vacuum diaphram chamber on the R/H side of the carburetor will disab... Login to read more. ![]()
