Sounds like a bad pump to me. Logically, if you blow shop air into the outlet (top)it shouldn't come out the inlet (bottom). I got one on the core shelf with a blown ft seal. FWIW, I'll try and test that theory tomorrow & let you know. Ciao, H. Login to read more.
