Oil is full and clean. I know not impossible but not likely both ipr's doing the same. It he ipr was not closing i don't think i would get the pres. on deadhead. Yes i did deadhead the new pump. It only took a couple seconds to get over 3,000psi now as to 8-10... Login to read more.
