Not that I've seen that failure before, but I'd T in a pressure gauge into one of the small de-gas hoses and go beat on it. Maybe it has a head gasket leaking and the cap can't relieve the pressure quickly enough????? Sounds like the cooling system may be gett... Login to read more.
