ICP and ICPD should almost overwrite each other on a graph. When ICP actual lags behind desired then overshoots, I would run the ICP test in all stages at idle then at 2000RPM. If it passes these tests (no 164-11 set during diag) the IPR would be suspect. I've... Login to read more.
