TSB 08-11-03 has a pretty detailed procedure for testing the cooling system on the 6.0L. According to the TSB, if you have a bad EGR cooler and/or oil cooler, you fix that first, then retest for head gasket failure. Try explaining that to a customer. Login to read more.
