Do 2 things for me:

Measure the resistance of the diff sensor. IIRC should be around 1100 ohms. I have seen 'open' sensors output a waveform. Very common problem that folks like us would miss (cause we scope it) and Bubba would fix easily 'cause he just repl... Login to read more.
