Are you saying that the trans, flywheel, and rear cover all have to come off to do the pan in-chassis? If so, that's good info.

OTOH, if you mean that the rear cover has to come off to R&R the pan otherwise, I disagree. The pan only bolts to the lower block ... Login to read more.
