A bad EGR cooler would either be leaking and allowing exhaust pressure into the cooling sysytem, or it would be plugged restucting EGR flow. The EGR valve is designed to allow exhaust into the intake, so that is not cauing the boost gauge to peg. That would be... Login to read more. ![]()
