Do not use ICP for diagnostics, use ONLY ICPV. As Rusty says, ICP is an inferred value and not to be trusted. You should see .17-.24v KOEO, the injectors are enabled around .8v, and it should build 1.5v cranking. One it starts, watch ICPV and see where it is i... Login to read more.
