FIXED! I wqas finally able to get in touch with Spartan who advised me the priority valve was in the top of the manifold. It was not visable due to the frame rail and a bundle of hoses 4" in diameter. Removing the valve revealed a chunk of rubber blocking flow... Login to read more.
