I'm not the sicko expert but I do know that it should fire up with 1000ish PSI ICP. I think that the PCM won't fire the injectors 'till it sees .8V from the ICP sensor (if it acts like a 7.3). You can safely dead short the IPR to ground to by-pass the PCM cont... Login to read more.
