do it the same way you did on the F250.........or was that a 7.3L in the 250... Just kidding. Change the belt to. You can replace them w/o removing the radiator, but it takes 2 people and about 15 min. Or .......remove the radiator. it is about a 3.5 hr job. v... Login to read more.
