You can use a jumper harness to close the IPR. I use the one that was released with the bench test kit for the 7.3 IPR when I air test the HP oil system. Most likely you have a leaking HP oil pump outlet (snap to connect) fitting, or a leak at one of the dummy... Login to read more.
