What is the drill rpm, corrosponding engine rpm? All engines have an optimum rpm to run. An internal combustion engine was designed to run at an Ideal RPM, constantly. Wear is caused by varying the rpms, shutdown and of course, dry start...for maximum reliabil... Login to read more. ![]()
