Hi Tom, to be honest I've never seen the plates lifted for a single clearance lamp. When the MTO pulls the plates there is usually a lot wrong with them (or occasionally a smart ass driver) and not much doubt. Sometimes they are heavy handed, but not very ofte... Login to read more.
