The 03/early 04 EGR cooler looks more robust than the 2004-2007. It has cylindrical tubes like the old 7.3 oil cooler. The newer EGR cooler is built with flat tubes like a radiator or heater core. They seem to be more prone to failure. The two are not intercha... Login to read more.
