I think the spec for boost in 2004 was 22psi. If you are getting 27 your turbo is probably sticking. Drive it on wot and then decel and watch the vgt% pid. If it ever goes to 85% or 15% other than a fraction of a second the turbo vanes are sticking. The egr is... Login to read more.
