Sure it could, leaking injector cups are far from rare on 60's. Run both supply and return fuel lines into a clean five gallon pail full of fuel, run the unit up and watch for bubbles from the return fuel. This trick is real handy on misfiring 3116 Cats, too.... Login to read more.
