A newer truck will not have a Q (4515) they will have a Q+ (4707) If you had a cam that flipped before the shoe wore out then it probably had 4515s. A 4515 has a bump near the spring hole on the small end, a bigger s- cam. A 4707 looks the same w/o a bump on t... Login to read more.
