Any chance it had a spell of excessive ICP? Maybe due to an edge filter blockage in the pump from some errant RTV silicone. I dunno if the DT HPOP is the same as a P$D but I can tell ya' a P$D will make some serious and continuous ICP with a blocked ed... Login to read more.
