Ummmmmm, unscrew the switch so it leaks a bit. Apply the brakes & release. See if there's air leaking at the threads. If so, either the treadle is sticking/leaking or maybe a quick release valve isn't working. Those are valves at the frame above the axles wher... Login to read more.
