Hi again Mathew, a little more info and investigation might be in order before you start throwing (expensive) parts at it from across the shop. Turbo boost the same under load at a lower RPM? Air in fuel? Fuel pressures? ICP? Misfiring? Oil consumption? Etc. e... Login to read more.
