Yes the bleeder is not at the top on one of the front cyl. IH front wheel, rear cyl is even worse. I don't open the bleeders on those cyl if I can help it. Opening them just lets air in. I bleed them by taking them apart. You can try surge bleeding by opening ... Login to read more.
