I had a mid-high mileage ISM do this to me, same popping sound. This truck was under warrenty at the time and had to go through Rapidserve. A turbo control valve fixed mine. Don't watch what the EGR valve is doing, moniter the fueling state, see if it's going ... Login to read more.
