Well, if it's a coupler issue the typical failure is (depending on the severity) either a no start, or extended cranking, after a heat soak. As far as dirt in the IPR, anything's possible---maybe he turned the engine upside down. LOL!!! Sorry, couldn't resist.... Login to read more.
