Well it's fixed. Thanks again to all. Yes, it should have a MIL @ KOEO. PCM should communicate via the Deutch 9-pin (it does now). After much disassembly to get to the PCM chassis-side plug, I found no power to the black/green wires. Chasing back to the batter... Login to read more.
