The bolck heater is usually on the passenger side of block plug. The clevis on the soleniod sometimes siezes and no start or wont shut down. Sometimes in cold weather 5 degrees I ve had to bypass fuel [...] had a bleed screw up top by the filter when priming. ... Login to read more.
