Hi Doc: Not really rust, but a thin layer of unidentified "emerald green" liquid floating in both tanks. Also, strainer was full of wood pieces, larger than sawdust, but smaller than chips. Stopped truck cold. ULSD was cloudy, would not separate in gallon cont... Login to read more.
