I had a 6.0 some time ago that kept blowing the IC pipes off. We/I floundered it and lost the job. Turned out the EGR was bad/staying open and caused it. I cannot say for certain that the EGR was or was not the problem, but it was new and the problem was gone,... Login to read more.
