Hi Jeff, You need to dead head the heui pump with a 8000 psi gauge. (If you can find the fittings necessary to connect!) A troubleshooting plug would be nice but if you dont have one you need to get a new control solenoid. Install the new solenoid and unplug t... Login to read more.
