What are you using for a scan tool? There is no exhaust backpressure valve on a 6.0. Did you check your ICP voltage KOEO? It's supposed to be between 0.18-0.24 volts. Iv'e seen them read as low as 0.07 volts and cause surges, bucking, hitches/cutting out, high... Login to read more.
