It's a metal gasket. Yours wouldn't be the first. Cut the head off of a couple of spare bolts to make some line up dowels for when you hang it back up. It's not terribly heavy (but it's pretty solid), but it's a trick to hold it in place. Get new rubber seals ... Login to read more.
