It doesn't help that the acronyms on the scanners are incorrect. "ICPR" I assume is supposed to be "IPR"--injection pressure regulator. It is ground-side duty cycle controlled. It gets key power in and the PCM rapidly grounds the solenoid to block the high pre... Login to read more.
