I checked reference voltage and the ground circuits, neither fluctuated. "The" event happens every five seconds regardless of rpms. About 200 rpms at idle and closer to 400 rpms at 3000 rpms. And yes, it does appear as if the ecm is attempting to slow ... Login to read more.
