I'd watch ICP-V on the scan tool and compare that with what you see back-probing that line at the PCM. If it differs, do a V-drop on that line from the PCM pin to the ICP sensor to see if there's a poor connection or whatever. Nothing there? V-drop the grounds... Login to read more.
