A seriously overfueling injector can wash down cylinder walls, contributing to increased piston/cylinder wear, or you might have had a plugged or damaged piston oil spray nozzle (I'm pretty sure this engine would have these). Just my Canadian $0.02, FWIW. Login to read more.
