Acceptable amount of return line air is steady stream of pencil point size bubbles or pea size bubble every 2-3 seconds. Fuel pressure seems fine. No smoke or little smoke and I would rule out air in the fuel. Might start checking charge air system for leaks. ... Login to read more.
