Hi Jim, I guess I wasn't aware that Ford built an F650 with air brakes! As far as pedal effort, you have recieved some good tips. Perhaps you have a brake shoe to drum friction problem. Are there any hub seal leaks? Can you see the shoe linings? A lot of times... Login to read more.
