Cool. Sorry I sent you astray with the ICP circuit idea. As you know now, the ICP-V of zero volts is a bad thing and worth chasing should you see it in the future. In this case, AFAIK, it actually was .18V KOEO & KOEC which is close enough to .2V for me.
