Usually the slides simply seize from rust and the outboard pad drags. If you find the inboard pad is dragging too, crack the bleeder and see if it frees. If not, then the caliper is seized. If so, you have a hose or master cylinder/pushrod clearance issue. I'v... Login to read more.
