Unplug the ICP sensor and see if the truck starts. The HP reservoir may be low if you have been cranking on this thing a while. So check it first and fill it up if you need to. If it still won't start, the problem is NOT the ICP sensor. Now plug it back in. No... Login to read more. ![]()
