I know I am entering this post late but the cranking default values for the IPR command signal are 54% duty cycle for Gen 1 Powerstrokes, and 65% for Gen 2.

I don't like using the PSI pid for diagnosis. It could be a default value, as I am sure by now someon... Login to read more.
