That IPR should ramp up continually (I think) far higher than 15%. I'll bet 15% is a default but even at that, it should make some pressure. Have you "hot-wired" the IPR to see if it'll make some serious pressure cranking yet? I'd be doing that before pulling ... Login to read more.
