whats the fault codes? if its commanding 15% ipr thats a default, starting you should see around 45%, 7.3L engines idle at 8 to 13%, and full load 36% if no high pressure oil leaks, engine will not start unless 500 psi minimum is acheived that is atleast .80vo... Login to read more.
