You stated the fan does not come on with engine temp, then you stated it comes on at 225. Did you replace the temp sensor? You may have a bad "new" sensor. I have had to change the sensor 2 or 3 times sometimes to get one to turn on at temp, shouldn't be more ... Login to read more.
