Anyone seen this? 95 F350 7.3L, dies or runs rough because the PCM isn't grounding the IPR solenoid. Anytime it dies or won't start, if I ground the ICP y/r wire at the PCM it will start and keep running. I have not yet had to replace a PCM on any of these. Co... Login to read more.
