Re: Oil slinger in a 2000 Ford F-250 Super Duty 7.3 diesel question
The slinger is there to prevent gear lube from being forced out past the seal. If the customer is in that big of a rush, explain to him the potential of leakage and let him know you won't be responsible if HE decides that it's unnecessary. Login to read more. ![]()
