If the ecm does not see an icp reading after extended crank it will default to 1300psi. It needs 500 psi to enable injectors. Even though the scanner reads 1300 the eng. does not really have 1300 so you have 0 inj. p.w. Look for high pres. oil leak. Also check... Login to read more.
