Since you asked. That they (6.6 & 7.8's) can be a pain to work on. Not to mention that their durability is beginning to appear suspect. I have seen too many 6.6's with about 180k on the clock with valves burnt, pistons starting to erode away, and with cylinder... Login to read more.
